Alice is a professional origami artist with over a decade of experience of hosting children’s parties, events, and corporate collaborations. She has worked with clients such as Spotify UK, Hyper Japan, Happy Place Festival, The Hoxton, Liberty London and more.

An opportunity to explore a new skill in a supportive environment with a CPD-trained ADHD and Neurodivergent coach. Mindfulness practices like origami have been shown to enhance neural connectivity, improve fine motor skills, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for relaxation.

Origami allows children to enter a state of flow, where focus and creativity merge, fostering mindfulness and inner peace.
