Thriving with ADHD: Empowering Families and Children
Research shows that ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions can affect the entire family. Developing long-term coping strategies and a supportive mindset can significantly improve outcomes.
This short course begins with a 90-minute consultation, followed by three weekly follow-up coaching sessions.
Sessions will be tailored to your child’s and family’s unique needs, using an executive functioning framework to improve family dynamics and manage ADHD symptoms.
Your family will gain a personalised toolkit of practical strategies, self-help resources, and recommendation. This comprehensive approach aims to ensure continued support and empowerment beyond the sessions.
